TV-Glad - the first TV station in the world for and by intellectually disabled people - is a Danish organization of approximately 210 employees distributed over six TV-Glad branches in Denmark. TV-Glad produces and broadcasts 30 minutes daily television. The programmes can be seen by approximately one third of the Danish population.
